Blog Update: Feed Content Excerpt

          As of last week, the blog's feed will only show an excerpt of a blog post instead of showing the full post on the reader. Instead, I created a summary below each feed which tells you where to see the full post. I hope you can comment a feedback about this change because I am not sure If this is better than showing the full post.
          You can subscribe in the feed by clicking "Subscribe in a reader" on the right panel of the blog. You can use wide variety of web-based news readers. You can also subscribe by using your email address. Thank you for your time here. :)

Falling Slinky in Slow-Motion

          How would a slinky fall down if you let it go after suspending it with your hand? Of course, it would fall down to the ground. But the question is How? 

          This video presents a slinky falling down in slow-mo. In the video, you can see that the slinky's bottom part doesn't fall to the ground immediately. Rather, it suspends in the air for a while. Amazing isn't it? You can also watch the video on Youtube by clicking "here".

          By the way, I made some changes with the blog template for desktop view to make it look better. I also changed the color of the koi into blue koi*. You may try to feed them by clicking the white background. You can visit the "Feedback Page" if you want to talk about these changes.

Dynamic Views for Mobile

          Recently, I have changed the mobile template of the blog to Dynamic Views. You can check it yourself by viewing my blog using your mobile phones.

Let us discuss a few of the changes. Aside from the changing of theme from blue to gray, you can now see that a search bar is added. You can see it on the topmost part of the screen. On the right side of the screen, you can see my About me tab and the RSS Feed tab. Here is a screenshot of the mobile version template.

"Follow by Email" Gadget Activated

Hi there guys. I've been adding new gadgets and features in my blog. The first one is the "Email Post" icon. This icon when clicked allows you to share any of my blog posts with friends by sending via electronic mail. It can be found beside the comments link at the bottom of every post. The second is the "Follow by Email" feature. This one works like you are subscribing in a reader but this time using your email. This means that you need not to have a create a Google account to follow my posts. You can see it on the menu on the right side of the blog. Just put your email address and you're ready to go. Want a recap of my blog updates, just click the "bloggerUpdate" label below.

New Additions: Blog site QR code

Hello there guys. You might be curious about the word QR. Quick Response Code(abbreviated as QR) is type of a bar code, similar with what you see in price tags. The only difference is on how it is read. QR codes are read in a matrix manner which is a bit complicated to explain here. So how do we use it? Just use a QR scanner. You can also scan the code below using a phone camera(usually a smart phone camera) with a QR reader application and internet connectivity. Actually, the image contains the coded link address of this blog. I also put the image permanently at the bottom-most part of the blog for future use. Try it!

Remember, this is only practical to use for mobile users.

               Sorry for this late post. Anyway, I want to share this very nice video from Youtube. I will not elaborate on the video fully for I don't want to be a spoiler. After viewing the video, It was like o.0. Just one thing before I end the description, this is not a video with scary sounds and ghost images. Enjoy and leave comments.

New Additions: The Reaction Check box and Related Post Thumbnail

Hi there again. I added new thing in this blog. The Reaction check box and the LinkWithin thumbnail. I put a short description of the two below.

The Reaction check boxes works like a poll. It gives you a chance to rate the post by choosing from the three: excellent, average and okay. This can help me to look whether my posts are worth of viewing. Please try to use the new feature fully.

The Related posts' thumbnail by LinkWithin serves as a quick way to see other post linked with it. This can help you guys navigate the blog better.(The Google search bar is still not working.)
