"Follow by Email" Gadget Activated

Hi there guys. I've been adding new gadgets and features in my blog. The first one is the "Email Post" icon. This icon when clicked allows you to share any of my blog posts with friends by sending via electronic mail. It can be found beside the comments link at the bottom of every post. The second is the "Follow by Email" feature. This one works like you are subscribing in a reader but this time using your email. This means that you need not to have a create a Google account to follow my posts. You can see it on the menu on the right side of the blog. Just put your email address and you're ready to go. Want a recap of my blog updates, just click the "bloggerUpdate" label below.

Just me and my Highlighter

Hi there folks! I've been doing different sketches lately. To try something new, I used my very own highlighter. To do this one, I used the highlighter to draw the doodle I want to draw. This serves as the main outline. Since the highlighter marks are not well noticed in white paper, I emphasized it by outlining the highlighter marks with black pen. Feel free to leave any feedback.

The Terracotta Warriors Chalked!

Once again, a group of Dutch artists had their minds and hands creating a marvelous piece of a 3D chalk drawings. The art depicts the image of China's well known Terracotta army. This time, doing it in Lego style. It applies the similar concept with the ones done by Edgar Mueller. The chalk-made artwork is done in celebration of the Saratosa Chalk Festival. As an additional info, the Terracotta warriors are made to depict the real army of Chinese Emperor Qin Shi Huang. This is again another work of art which deserves to be looked at.

Castle of the Ocean

I really had a wonderful time seeing this wonderful creation made by a young student in the name of Wataru Itou. It is called Umi no Ue no Oshiro , in English it means "Castle of the Ocean".The artwork you are just seeing below is made of paper!(not to mention it's hand made)The work resembles an amusement park with cars, roller coasters and a Ferris wheel. The artist also installed lights to give it a halo-like effect. It took him about four years to do this magnificent work of art. This guys is definitely an art genius.
