Hi again, sorry for the irregularly published posts for the past days. For today I want to post about another Filipino food. It is called
puto, a Phillipine steamed rice cake and is similar with
bibingka . Unlike bibingka, it has a soft, moist and fine uniform grain. Many people eat it with other famous dishes but for me, I like to eat it as it is. It also comes in a variety of color and flavor. It is also good to taste especially with a cheese on top. I hope you enjoy this one.
